[NMCycling] SYDC Registration is Open!

Since I was mucking about in there anyway I went ahead and opened the SYDC
registration a couple of days early.

Look for a couple updates to the route this year.  Details to follow but
the plan is to do the Cabezon loop clockwise this year, and I'm splitting
the the White Mesa trails for those who are doing that section.  WM riders
will start 1 minute ahead and go in at the trailhead, ride over and descend
middle spine then return to climb dragons back to the TH then head out to
the Cabezon loop.  After returning from Cabezon back in the TH, down the
dragons back over to dome, final frontier, and over to the traditional
exit.
