[NMCycling] Latest Public Health Order and Cycling Events

In response to and support of the USA Cycling Covid-19 guidelines sent out
earlier in the week, ZiaVelo Cycling cancelled all group rides and
gatherings effective immediately.
This, too, shall pass, if we ALL do our part!
Meanwhile, keep pedaling and be responsible!
