[NMCycling] 2021-22 NM CX series promoters

CX promoters,

We are beginning to organize a 2021-21 New Mexico Cyclocross series and would like to start coordinating with promoters. If you or your team are interested in promoting a CX race this season please contact me and Jason Church. 

It looks like CX may be the first series we can hold in NM and we want to give it the best shot that we can.
