[NMCycling] Minoura Mag turbo 850 Trainer

I have a Minoura Mag 850 adjustable resistance trainer available. I'd 
prefer it to go to someone (KY?) who is using equipment to help 
disadvantage and/or junior riders.

It is free. It's in good shape except the pedal that engages the tire 
broke off so you have to use a thumb wheel to engage the trainer, not a 
big deal.
