[NMCycling] Bad bus driver incident - how to report

Thanks you all for your input. It wasn’t bad enough to file a police report. I did call 311 and they took my statement and gave me a couple of emails to send my photos to.

I’ve not heard back from anyone yet. I might be up to a week before I do.

About the incident, my wife and I were riding southbound on Pennsylvania between Candelaria and Menaul in the middle of the bike lane, single file about 20 feet apart, I was behind. A small city bus, going faster than the rest of the traffic came within a foot of us each just coming into the bike lane with it’s tires. The red light at Menaul allowed me to catch the driver. He was flippant, dismissive and aggressive.

I got photos of the bus numbers and the driver, that’s what I emailed to the city.
