[NMCycling] Atrisco nmors course

The Atrisco NMORS course still needs some work. I am hoping to get it done early next week. I will post a report when it is ready. If you preride now, note that the steep sandy downhill needs to have a ditch filled, use caution, and the single track on the north end of the circuit has not been cleaned, so you may be pushing through some brush or fallen logs.
