[NMCycling] fire impacted events

Hawke and all cyclists,

The rebranded Mt. Taylor Challenge, formerly La Mosqua Bicicleta, will also
have to be rescheduled due to National Forest closures.

Looking to an August or September date, but we'll just have to wait and see
how things play out.
