[NMCycling] TNCX changes for tonight

I will probably not be at the TNCX Tonight on 10/11. We have a lost cat.  If you want to just show up and ride around that would be fine. The area is public. Sign up here to let other riders know that someone else will be showing up. Just put your name on the list. This is up to the riders at this point.
