[NMCycling] really geeky CX tubular question

Bike Racers:

I had had some problems rolling off my fatter tubulars last year and interested in trying the "Belgian tape method" as described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okqs-3HgU4U  However cyclocrossworld.com is gone and I cant find the tape.  Is Velox Jantex 76 a decent replacement?  Is it the same thing?  apparently not as per this exchange https://velo.outsideonline.com/road/road-racing/technical-faq-with-lennard-zinn-belgian-tape-wide-rims-and-carbon-braking-surfaces/?scope=initial  If the Belgian tape is available somewhere does anyone know where?  Thanks.
