[Hhsband] agenda for Thursday (tomorrow) booster meeting 6 pm in Band room

Start at 6 promptly - I'd like to get Ms. G out by 6:30 she's working 12 
hour days right now.

1. Color guard flags and uniform. Ms G's first choice didn't work, they 
didn't have the right colors. So this will discuss second option and 
timeline.

2. Golden snitch how to move around field. The Mendez family has made an 
awesome golden snitch. It needs to move around the field - we are 
looking at using one of the unused drum harnesses. Any more ideas?

3. Flippers and bumpers for pinball machine. The bumpers are going to be 
band kiddos, so that is no longer an issue. Flippers are still being 
discussed. Needs to be decorated. Bring your ideas or mock-ups.

4. Containment for beach balls - Tim had an idea that we will bring 
tomorrow - originally there would be three 36" beach balls, but it 
appears now no more than 2. container must be lightweight, 
transportable, and also used to hold mops and hide flags.

5. Replacement syns for marching. our 2 are big, heavy and limited in 
what they can do. A recommendation for a replacement has been made. We 
need to discuss approval to purchase and how to fund. Estimated cost for 
one to start just under $600

6. Update on band trip and how to fund buses (affects #5 above)

7. Carpooling - need volunteer to organize car pools/drivers and make 
sure the drivers have all required documentation. There will be several 
rehearsals and band competitions that we will use car pools rather than 
buses.

8. POB update Elizabeth/Denise our reps will do this. We also have 
received the tickets to start pre-selling. So we need to set the price.
