 From my work as Observer to the NM PRC, I strongly believe that a 
strong and reliable grid is important, not just in New Mexico, but in 
all states so that if there is a sudden need for electric power, and the 
local power company can not meet the demand, other utilities can make up 
the shortfall.

There is no charge to attend this program.
