[Lwvcnmtopics] Community Policing Council Observer Report - April to May 2021

The LWVCNM Advocacy Committee recently recommended that reports regarding APD progress toward constitutional policing, only of interest to some LWV members, should not be published in the monthly Voter newsletter. I currently serve as LWV Observer to the Community Policing Council and have attached recent notes.
