[Lwvcnmtopics] Demand for Renewable Energy RE: NM PRC meeting on June 16

Facebook's demand for clean energy was a big reason why the ETA passed.
Solar and wind with batteries is not more expensive in the long run. PNM
just won't own the resources and the shareholders make money from the
guaranteed ROI on the capital investments.
