[Neighbors] stucco and painting

All I can say is do NOT use Bugoff Stucco.  They didn't clean up after
themselves lots of over spray.  Also they sprayed just before it rained so
the paint didn't set and didn't cover full cost of redoing it.  I was very
unhappy with them.
