[Neighbors] Break in

Tis the Season and the Holiday crooks will be out in force. Stay alert.  Also, with the colder weather, be wary of warming-up your car unattended in the driveway.  It'll be gone in a flash and the crooks will have a nice warm car.  Sad news about the fire! Seems like Nob Hill has been taking it in the chops of late.
