Hey Neighbors:
I have an announcement  about an important opportunity for you to have a voice
in what is happening on Central Ave. in our neighborhood on Wednesday, March
1st, from 3:30-7:00 pm at the Highland Senior Citizen Center at  131 Monroe St.
NE, 87108.
A little bit of background: The Federal Transit Administration awarded, the CABQ
Planning and Economic Development departments an $860,000 Transit Oriented
Development (TOD) planning grant. The Nob Hill Neighborhood Association is
Co-convening this Action Forum to address Central Ave. and surrounding
neighborhoods' visions for "commercial corridors, public spaces, residential
neighborhoods, and more."
This is your chance to provide your answer and perspective to the questions: * 
   Where is the most energy to work together to take advantage of new
   opportunities: regulation, public investment, newly-compiled information &
   data?
 * 
   How can we create new structures, processes, and/or partnerships to achieve
   important projects more easily and predictably?

This is our opportunity to work withthe merchants and developers in our area to
take action toward building a shared vision of our area.
