[Neighbors] Flooring, tiling or handymen to recommend?

Hi Neighbors,

I'm looking for a few skilled tradespeople to help me get over the finish
line with a renovation of a house in the Broadmoor Addition.

- Hardwood floor refinishers
- Tilers (floor tile in kitchen & bath)
- Handyman / general carpentry for cabinet repair, hanging blinds, etc.

If you have worked with someone you'd recommend, I'd really appreciate
getting that info from you.
