[Neighbors] Annual Meeting Reminder

Flora, FYI Commissioner has a meeting about the Kirtland Fuel Spill (which
we’re thankful that she’s made such a high priority) . So she won’t be
attending the annual meeting.

Let’s work on getting her scheduled to come to a NHNA Board meeting to give
us an update in person!
