[Neighbors] Update on Appeal of Aliso/Copper Apartments. Denied

The Land Use Hearing officer (LUHO) 
recommends to City Council to Deny NHNA Board appeal.  In his  17 page comprehensive review of the appeal, he states the Board have not met burden of proof as to their claims. Accordingly, he recommends the appeal be Denied on untimeliness and the merits.
