[Neighbors] Vandalism of local businesses last night

Early this morning at approximately 4:10-4:15, a young man vandalized
Jubilation and the Duke’s store with a large pole.  Nothing was taken from
either business, but windows were broken on both.  The pole itself is about
nine feet long and remarkably heavy, taking a fair amount of strength to
wield.  He didn’t seem intent on entering either building, and just
appeared to be focusing on doing damage.

The perpetrator appears either white or Hispanic, in his early- to
mid-twenties, seemingly standing about 5’6”, a relatively stout build
(around 150lbs. perhaps) with dark, close-cropped hair cut in a razor fade
around the back and sides.  There are some bald patches in the back, either
from scarring or over-shaving, and he was wearing a black leather or
leather-like jacket and light blue jeans with black framed glasses.
