*Women in Law Enforcement Recruitment Event Hosted by Bernalillo County
Sheriff’s Office*

*Free Climate Disruption Film Festival Invites the Public*

*Barelas Senior Center Hosting Photo Exhibit Showcasing History of Barelas
Neighborhood*

You’re invited to attend the Barelas Photo Exhibit at the Barelas Senior
Center, 714 7th St. SW, now through April 27, and view the exhibit that
showcases the history of the Barelas Neighborhood. One of Albuquerque’s
most historic neighborhoods, the photo exhibit shows classic views of River
View Elementary School, area businesses such as El Cambio, and the wide
variety of residents who have made the area unique over the years. To learn

*Free VIN Etching Event Hosted by APD*

Have you had your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) etched onto your car

Department (APD) is hosting the first VIN etching event of the year on

*Album Cover Exhibit Showcases Unique Musical Art*

Did you have a favorite album cover growing up? Do you have kids who don’t
know what an album even is? The New Mexico Humanities Council invites you
to *Stories on the Sleeve: Connecting with Album Cover Art*, a fascinating
exhibit of album covers from private collections that describe the album’s
significance in a person’s life. So if Pink Floyd’s *Dark Side of the Moon*
stayed with you over the years, if Inna Gadda Da Vida’s *Iron Butterfly*
made you see colors and patterns, or if the Ramones eponymous album cover
just made you want to lean against a wall and look cool, this exhibit is

*Bernalillo County Assessor Mails Out Property “Notice of Value” Statements
This Month*

The Bernalillo County Assessor’s Office has mailed out “Notice of Value”
statements to property owners in April, notifying property owners about
their property’s assessed value for property tax purposes. The deadline to
protest the assessed value on your property, or to apply for any eligible
property tax savings programs is Tuesday, April 30, 2019. For questions on
