Thank you for the invitation to your neighborhood association meeting next
week. Unfortunately we will not be able to attend, but our team will be
holding another neighborhood meeting this month where we will be answering
questions from the community. The neighborhood meeting will be held on
August 22nd from 6pm to 8pm at HB Construction, located at:

We will be sending out notices later this week and posting notices in the
Albuquerque Journal as well. You are on our mailing list and will be made

Thank you, Madeline, for inviting Nob Hill Neighborhood Association to your
July 23 meeting.  I regret that I could not be there and I'm not certain who
all attended.

I understand that you have just applied for workforce housing trust funds
for the project.

Our association would like to invite you to speak about the project for
about 10 minutes and then entertain questions for about 10 minutes at our
next board meeting, August 12, at 6 pm.

We schedule presentations first as a courtesy to our guests. I am copying
leaders of the Heights Business and Neighborhood Association with an
invitation to them to join us if you can come.

If this works for you I will fill you in on the details. If not, we will
seek another opportunity soon.
