[Neighbors] Amended Agenda, Nob Hill Neighborhood Association Board Meeting, Monday August 12

Nob Hill Friends and Neighbors, 

After I sent you our agenda for August 12 two changes developed and they are
reflected on the amended agenda (highlighted in red.)

 

1.     Santana Apartments, Work Force Housing, Central Ave @Adams St NE; no
presentation August 12. 

Developer is hosting a public meeting August 22, 6pm, HB Construction, 3010
Monte Vista Blvd NE. 

 

2.     Immanuel Presbyterian Church; We understand that the church IS NOT
considering delivering homeless services in Nob Hill.

Dr. Pete Belleto will discuss this briefly and then discuss urgent needed
maintenance of the historic building.

 

Item 2 above stimulated significant concern among neighbors. 

It has been requested that we develop an association statement regarding
delivery of homeless services in Nob Hill. 

The board will consider adding this during approval of the agenda Monday
night.
