[Neighbors] Landmarks Commission Hearing, Proposed DeAnza beer garden, family and pet friendly outdoor seating and game venue serving beer, food, and wine

Your Neighborhood Association has received the attached notice that the CABQ
Landmarks Commission,

hear a request from the owner of the de Anza Motor Lodge to establish a beer
garden, family and pet friendly, outdoor seating and game venue serving
beer, food, and wine. This would be located on the restaurant pad on Central
in the center of the property.

 

Announcement is attached (1st attachment). Applicant’s description is 3rd
attachment.

 

On 2020-06-04 your board sent a letter saying it had voted unanimously in
support of the concept (2nd attachment).

 

If you have ideas on the request you are welcome to comment to the Landmarks
Commission. If you would like your association to weigh in further on the
request you are welcome to comment by replying to all. Your board will meet
tomorrow, Sept 3, so if you would like further association action be sure to
comment by 5 pm Thursday.
