[Neighbors] Neighbors_nobhill-nm Digest, Vol 122, Issue 6

Hello,
>From what I can tell, the owners have actually been quite thoughtful and
respectful in their approach to opening this establishment. Multiple
facilitated meetings open to community input were held last summer prior to
the zoning hearing examiner granting the conditional use permit, and the
owners also participated in at least one Nob Hill Neighborhood Association
board meeting.
>From what the promotional materials say, the Public House will be a wine
bar featuring NM wines and have a seasonal brunch menu. I suppose that with
alcohol intake anything is possible, but this does not seem like the kind
of place that will lead to the violence and endangerment of the
neighborhood that seems to be a prevailing fear in this thread.
I am also attaching a document that contains information from the owners
that was provided last summer in response to community concerns.
