[Neighbors] Application for Liquor License, 31 Brewing Co, Public House, 3619 Copper Ave. NE

Fellow Neighbors, 

First of all I love how everyone is so concerned for Nob Hill. From a birds-eye view it looks like we all desire the same positive growth for the neighborhood and it’s businesses. 

Andrew and Ashley have been working tirelessly over the past year to make sure they address and accommodate all aspects of concern. They have worked along side other businesses including Hotel Zazz to make sure we can work collectively as a community and as businesses in east nob hill. 

I personally support the endeavor of the restaurant and the entire concept. I know our guests and future tourist patrons that will stay at Hotel Zazz will love to find so many walkable unique places to grab food, drink wine, mingle and mix with locals. I cannot wait to try their casseroles and flavored butters! 

I look forward to seeing a more walkable family friendly copper street! Already their white and black paint has brought so much momentum and feeling of new and fresh. I know I feel it daily when I drive to the Hotel and pass by Public House. There is a massive amount of upgrades and security already! 

Congratulations on such a great accomplishment Andrew and Ashley! Can’t wait to see the finish project, eat there, and recommend guests to wine and dine there!
