[Neighbors] Application for Conditional Use for Onsite Cannabis Consumption

Neighbors,

The NHNA has received notification of a request for a Conditional Use to
allow Cannabis Consumption at 3636 Monte Vista Blvd NE. The application is
attached as a pdf, and includes the specific sections of the zoning code
that apply to this request.

We have requested a facilitated meeting with the applicant to find out more
about the request. The Facilitated Meeting will be held virtually on Google
Meet on Monday, May 6th from 6-8pm. The meeting connection information is
below.

*If you plan to participate at the facilitated meeting, please try to
familiarize yourself with the application and zoning sections ahead of
time. In particular, note that the request is not for retail cannabis
sales, but specifically for onsite consumption of edibles. *
