As a pedestrian who patronized businesses between Silver and Central, and Carlisle and Amherst, I'd recommend someone capture/share on video how the "back-in" parking is really happening on that narrow two-way street. I see CABQ talking "theory" a lot with their brilliant ideas that don't actually work out in practice.
