We will be submitting a proposal to repave Girard NE from Lomas south to where the last repave was done (really good) around San Rafael SE. This would benefit the whole neighborhood and all the heavy traffic Girard receives.When Girard was reconfigured several years ago, all that was done to this very busy street was a "light coat" of repave oil.
