[Neighbors] $1.5 Million to Improve District 6

I like the back-in parking because it opens up more room in the lot at Carlisle and Central. I usually use that lot and don’t have any trouble crossing the street. I also think that it is helpful for bicyclists.
I hope that the back-in parking stays.
