[Neighbors] Closures

Neighbors, going forward, please try collectively to resist “filling empty storefronts” with operators (like the Library) who are of lower standards.
The district has made some great gains lately, despite these businesses leaving. With some hard judgment and patience, we can continue our long overdue improvement.
