[Neighbors] Nob Hill's Triangle Park

The relocation of the old building is not my primary concern. What concerns me most is the apparent removal of the police substation. 

Police presence has been extremely effective in limiting an increasing presence of unhoused persons in and around Nob Hill. 

Providing more shade without a police presence is tantamount to an invitation for unhoused persons to make themselves at home. Is an unsightly, unsafe and unsanitary homeless encampment on Route 66 part of the vision of this anniversary celebration?
