[Neighbors] Nob Hill's Triangle Park

That sounds like a valid concern to me!

Here's yet another possible action (which might amp up some fun for 
visitors):

Leave the building where it is and use it for policing. This way, 
tourists driving through can experience seeing that piece of history, 
right where it was and in good shape.

Then, build a replica at the museum with all of the original interior 
furnishings. Tourists can then see and experience the inside ~ and if 
the museum really wants to do it up, make it a functioning diner! Dare 
they provide an original menu, I wonder?

So tourists see it on the Route (most likely no one would stop there to 
go in, parking is nuts and it's little).

Have a sign up, "Experience this route 66 diner (or dining) at the 
museum!" And put easy directions on it ~ this could both inspire and 
facilitate a trip out to the museum. The sign could be made up like 
those classic roadway billboards that let you know about fun places to 
stop. It would be very period appropriate ~ especially if you did it up 
in the style (fonts, pics) of the time.

Thats my 50 cents ~ I think it has potential :)
