[Neighbors] Ahead in Nob Hill

Just want to throw in that 110 rooms doesn't necessarily mean 110 cars ~
its quite possible that many will taxi or Uber to/from the airport and
attractions (or some may be coming to visit family or friends who will
chaufer them about).
I do feel for those nearby, though, and very much hope things work out
well. There have been changes in the hood that I was quite against which
later proved to be ok (the concerns I had did not manifest).
Meanwhile, its a beautiful building with lots of places to eat and shop
nearby :)
