Good afternoon,

We will be presenting an event on *Friday, October 4th*, *Ghouls on Parade:
Halloween Festival & Parade*. The event will take place at *Morningside
Park in Nob Hill* from *4:00 PM to 6:00 PM*.

There will be *amplified sound* and *road closures* in the area
between *Washington
and Morningside, Central, and Lead* during this time.
