[Neighbors] Concrete sidewalk repair recommendation?

IF you got notices from the City requiring you to fix your sidewalk: we
called the City and arranged to have them do the repair. The cost was
within reason with the other quotes, and they allowed us to make payments.
That was 3 or 4 years ago when the entire 400 Hermosa NE block got flagged.
