[NMCCSC] Road closure

Frustrating. Is it a reflection of the hard economic times generally
experienced in New Mexico? I was sorry the state chose not to maintain NM
64 (btwn Tres Piedras and Tierra Amarilla) last winter, effectively closing
access to the Brazos cliffs backountry.
