[NMCCSC] Clarification on Ellis Parking Lot in Sandias

Regarding comments on parking lot. Yesterday I saw USFS vehicle plowing
lots. USFS employee driver said he was working in hopes of eventually being
paid. Suspect club had paid for initial plowing in prior days. Dave Williams
