[NMCCSC] Conditions on Ellis TH area yesterday (1/17)

I skied in the mid-afternoon on Rocky Point and Switchback trails, which was my first time this season, so I can’t compare to what others have shared.  I found the conditions to be excellent, no issues with exposed rocks or stumps, no iciness and no slush.  It was great for kick and glide and no sliding when having to make turns on my BC70’s on the slight descents.   I was totally pleased.

I read the forecast is for another 3-4” today; hope that comes true.  I’m on the bus trip to Leadville today, where they’ve been getting additional snow this past week.
