[NMCCSC] Access to website

I recently changed my password because I was informed my account was locked. Now when I try to get on either website I receive a message stating I am forbidden as I am unauthorized to use site.  Can you help with this?
I am also trying to get directions to the Ellis Trailhead for the beginner lessons next Sat.
