[NMCCSC] Sandia Fire- Crest Rd To Open

A 'final' note came out this aft.  At this point the fire is being
suppressed, there will be ongoing work with it.  SRD announces that right
now, the highway is scheduled to be open tomorrow:

*Closures: *All area traffic will be allowed after today’s shift.  There
will continue to be fire traffic in the area so please drive carefully.
Fire vehicles will be parking in the 10K parking lot so please use area on
South side of highway for parking.
