[NMCCSC] Nine Mile Picnic Area Renovation and Challenge Tr Info

Greetings Skiers-  Cibola Ntl Forest has sent out a long notice regarding
the present upgrading of the Nine Mile Picnic Area, above Capulin on the
Crest Hwy.  In short- they have received good funding to completely
renovate the site, to make it safe and enjoyable for recreation.
Construction is going on at present, expected completion in a very few
months.

*Challenge Trail*, which goes alongside the area, will remain open to use.
The Forest Service has asked the public to stay out of Nine Mile until
further notice and when using *Challenge Trail*, to be very wary of
equipment and activity.    Bet
