[NMCCSC] Bus Survey Results to date

Hi, all! I will be announcing these results tomorrow and didn't want to
take anyone on the board by surprise. Due to the low number of respondents
(which might be telling us something), we've extended the deadline until
February 20th. So, these results should be considered preliminary. I am
wondering if I should be rather vague in the description of the results so
as not to dissuade folks from giving their true opinions.
Any feedback is much appreciated!
