[NMCCSC] update on Hopewell Lake/Tres Piedras/Aldo Leopold Casita

I just spoke with the Tres piedras ranger, and found out that 64 is open west of 285, so Hopewell is now accessible.

 Based on current conditions, he also recommended trail #133 (right before last turn to Hopewell Lake), and to avoid #795.

I expect to head up from Santa Fe either Saturday or Sunday to ski, if anyone is interested in joining in, let me know. There may be some fresh snow on Friday.
