[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM needs secretary and Web Master for FY2022

Hello Volunteers,

The Friends of the Sandia Mountains (FOSM) Nominating Committee is looking for volunteers interested in being Secretary or Web Master during FY2022 beginning October 1, 2021.

The Secretary is an officer and is responsible for taking minutes at meetings of the Board of Directors. The term is for one year. The Board may meet once each month but usually does not meet that often.

FOSM also needs a new Web Master who may be a Board member but is not required to be on the Board. The current Web Master will work with the new Web Master for a few months until the new master is comfortable with the system. The term for Board members is three years.
