[Volunteers_fosm] Work in Cienega PA tomorrow, but evaluate wind

Hello Everyone,

Red Flag conditions have been predicted for tomorrow, Wed., April 20, in the East Mountain area.

I talked with Don Carnicom who lives near the mouth of Cienega Canyon, and he said that last week the winds there were not especially high.

We have 19 hazard trees identified in Cienega PA, and many are small and short and in groves of trees.

Don and I decided that we should go to Cienega PA tomorrow and evaluate the wind where the hazard trees are. We would then decide which dead trees can be felled safely.
