Hello Everyone,

On Saturday, June 10, in Nine Mile Picnic Area, a large crew of Hotshots from Arizona bucked felled trees and moved the wood to the picnic area road. On Wednesday, June 14, FOSM volunteers will use Joe Meade’s truck and trailer to move this wood from the picnic area to the old highway near the entrance. Michael Arndt and two other volunteers bucked a half-dozen logs near the entrance and Hotshots stacked the wood. A contractor is completely rebuilding this picnic area with new restrooms, picnic tables., and paths.

Project photos are presented in the attached Word document.
