[Volunteers_fosm] Graffiti removal in La Cueva and Juan Tabo picnic areas, Tues., Oct. 3

Hello All,

At the request of Chris Baca, SRD Recreation Field Operations Manager, I removed two graffiti tags in La Cueva PA. Then I drove through this PA and Juan Tabo PA and found seven additional tags that I removed.
