[Volunteers_fosm] Graffiti removal at Juan Tabo parking lot and at CCC Juan Tabo Cabin

Hello All,

I removed graffiti from boulders near the large stone pillars in Juan Tabo PA and at the CCC Juan Tabo cabin south of the road to JT PA.

A report of this work is attached.
