[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM Wed. project cancelled due to weather and road conditions

Thank you Sam.

Last year, I was in discussion w DOT public affairs and BCSO about keeping
the road open. They had agreed to at least keep the road open up to doc
long.

I am goi ng to resurrect this discussion again and maybe reach to our
representatives.

We need to keep the road open for winter recreation. This never used to be
a problem. The roads are clear throughout most of the east mtns so the only
work they would have to do is the crest road
